One way we have of doing this is through our internship programme.  People with little or no corporate or consultancy experience are given the opportunity to bring their own specific areas of expertise to our team. Internships are tailored to the individual, but a typical programme will consist of: Working with the academic department in developing the CW Solution range of learning materials Participating in our various programmes to develop insights into what it is like to be a participant on a programme Attending facilitation sessions and observing the techniques needed to deliver our programmes Develop experience by co-facilitating with more experienced faculties
