LEADERSHIP

At CW Solution we offer a variety of approaches to developing leadership capability, ranging from short high impact skill building workshops to in-depth twelve month development paths.

Leadership Development Paths include using climate surveys, 360 feedback, development centres and personality profiling which benchmark leadership competencies and style. These enable leaders to create individual development plans with clear goals and metrics. We provide experiential and skill building Learning Events, Leadership Forums and one-on-one Coaching to support these development plans. We offer development at three levels:

COMMUNICATION

Think on Your Feet ฎ the international workshop designed to build one's ability to communicate with clarity, brevity and impact through the understanding and application of three basic and three assertive plans.

Global Communication Skills one of our most popular programs which addresses the communication process, challenges to this process, builds critical skills in telling, questioning and listening, and provide tools to use back in the workplace to increase effectiveness in face-to-face, telephone, meetings, email and other written communication.

Presentation Skills focuses on the fundamental aspects of presentation delivery necessary for making a lasting and memorable impact on your audience by providing the tools and techniques needed for planning and preparing a presentation.

Facilitation Skills takes you beyond the basics of giving a presentation and demonstrates how to engage/ involve/handle an audience, effectively respond to questions, encourage productive participation, and use effective questioning to stay focused on the topic at hand.

Assertiveness skills addresses the importance of open and direct communication, promoting one’s self, and being able to say “no” when appropriate so that both the employee and the organization obtain success.

Communication Development Paths offer a combination of assessment, skill building and one-on-one coaching, and individual development planning to enhance communication effectiveness of individuals and teams over extended durations varying from one to twelve month periods.
