	VICKI NICHOLSON, MANAGING DIRECTOR

Vicki is the Founder and Managing Director of CWSolution. Her career started in finance and insurance, where she gained experience across a range of organizations, including Royal Insurance (UK), The Irish Stock Exchange, Lasser Marshall (New York) and Robertson Taylor (London). For the last ten years she has worked in the field of organizational development consulting and facilitation. India has been her home for over fifteen years.

With her rich depth of experience, Vicki understands and enables the critical skills required by executives, managers and employees to communicate and lead successfully in the global virtual environment. She has designed and facilitated numerous successful individual and team development initiatives for major MNCs inside and outside India.

Vicki has a BA from Trinity College, Dublin and is an Associate of the Chartered Insurers Institute. She is accredited to conduct a number of international programs including Think on Your Feet and to administer MBTI, Firo B and Belbin Team Roles.



	LAURENCE NORWOOD, SENIOR CONSULTANT

As a CW Solution senior consultant, Laurence focuses on helping individuals and organisations achieve their potential through business coaching, consulting and leading teams. As a coach, he partners with senior executives and individuals demonstrating high potential in diverse organizations, using a well tested formula.

Laurence has extensive experience designing and delivering programmes in essential people skills - particularly in the areas of sales leadership, service quality and business development. His organisation development consulting projects have led to improved business effectiveness using rigorous analysis and measurement of performance to transform business results.

Laurence has built his professional reputation in Banking and Financial services with a number of multi-national companies in the UK and Ireland. He has also held senior positions in banking, leading large teams of professionals in business development and change management projects. Laurence holds a BA degree in Business Studies from the University of Ulster, and he is a Member of the Institute of Bankers (MIB) in Ireland where he combines lecturing, verifying essential texts and validating examination questions.



	TANYA McGINNITY, SENIOR CONSULTANT

Tanya brings her extensive experience in the fields of Leadership, Management and all aspects of People Development to her role as a senior consultant at CW Solution. She has consulted with organizations in countries such as Spain, Switzerland, US, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand and India in industries ranging from Financial Services, Information Technology, Pharma and Market Research. In India she has completed long-term assignments for both Accenture and Tata Consultancy Services.

Tanya has spent many years conducting coaching and project management, workshop implementations and capacity development programs. She has also had significant involvement in leadership studies, moderation of management and as a lead facilitator of numerous executive level capacity development programs.

Tanya’s qualifications include MBTI (Myer Briggs Type Indicator), FIRO B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation), Human Needs Psychology and Post Graduate Certification in Business and Human Resources Management. Originally from Northern Ireland, Tanya has been based in India since 2003.



	ASHOK AIYAR, CONSULTANT

Ashok Aiyar is a Chennai-based communication consultant who specializes in people skills. At CW Solution, he facilitates programmes in Team Building, Outbound Experiential Learning, Cross Cultural Sensitization, Talent Development, Presentation Skills and Career Transition.

His time spent in the US has given Ashok a good understanding of western versus Indian culture. He has conducted Cross Cultural Orientation programmes, specifically designed for different regions/countries, which help facilitate the re-location of professionals overseas to companies in the US, the UK, Europe, the Far East and the Middle East.

A graduate in Economics from Madras University, Ashok has more than 30 years of experience in Marketing and HR. Ashok’s diverse experience is a direct result of his work with international companies like Bose Corporation, Framingham-USA, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Gaitonde Group in Chennai.



	BERTIE VAZ, CONSULTANT

In his role as a consultant, Bertie develops and delivers some of CW Solution’s most popular programs, including Communication and Presentation Skills, Leadership Excellence, Team Work, Problem Solving, Assertiveness and Time Management.

Bertie flew fighters for the Indian Air Force before switching to helicopters & civil aviation. He has also served with the United States & Iraqi Air Forces. These two tenures have given his experience a cross-cultural and international flavour. Besides flying, Bertie also enjoyed tenures on the faculties of the Air Force Academy and the Defence Services Staff College where he directed and facilitated workshops in a range of managerial & people skills. He has had extensive opportunity to apply the various concepts and skills in front line units, where he emphatically says, “They work!”

Bertie is a Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst for the DiSC psychometric instrument that allows individuals to develop a richer understanding of themselves and others. He is also accredited for the Belbin® Team Role and e-interplace© systems for team development.



	SUJATA LULLA, CONSULTANT

Sujata facilitates learning and development in the areas of cross-cultural, global communication and presentation skill as well as team building and leadership development.

Sujata has 11 years of professional experience having held positions as Senior Training Manager and has broad experience in the people development field.

She started her career as a Manager with ITC Hotels. She has worked for many years with GE in the areas of coaching and leadership development. While at GE she was a lead facilitator for numerous Executive level leadership courses in India and abroad. She also worked extensively in the areas of knowledge transfer and migration of courses to China, Hungary and Romania.

Sujata holds a Bachelors’ degree in Hotel Management from W.G.S.H.A (ITC Welcome Group Graduate School of Hotel Administration) and an MBA from Symbiosis Pune. She is accredited to debrief the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and (DiSC).

Sujata has a strong engaging style with people and is able to draw on her experiences from several industries and with groups from all levels. At CWSolution, in addition to being an asset to our consulting team she is also our representative in Hyderabad, operating out of our Hyderabad office.



	CHARLIE JACKSON, CONSULTANT

As a consultant, Charlie effectively enables those he works with to develop strong self-leadership and teamwork skills, His style lends itself particularly well to CW Solution’s leadership and management initiatives, and his deep belief in the need for self-awareness and inner development helps our clients achieve professional success.

Chalie has eighteen years of experience in programme and project management, training and consultancy. He has worked extensively with international and local non-governmental organisations and also in the corporate sector. Having worked in Europe, Africa and South Asia in a variety of contexts, he brings to his work a deep understanding of communication and cross-cultural issues.

Charlie holds a Master’s Degree in Advanced Professional Studies (Community Development and Adult Education) and a Diploma in Community Education. Originally from Dublin, Ireland, he is now settled in Bangalore.



	DENNIS-GRANT THISTLE, CONSULTANT

Dennis-Grant’s passion for working with people is a key aspect of his role as a CW Solution consultant. His background and nine years of clinical experience in the field of professional Counselling and Psychotherapy help him assist corporate clients in a business context. Dennis-Grant is particularly adept at sharing his in-depth understanding of problem solving skills and techniques.

His professional competencies include: management training, consulting, research, program design and coordination. Dennis-Grant has worked with numerous local and international non-governmental organizations. In his native Canada he worked for five years on a joint corporate-public service sector initiative with a national scope, mandate and high public profile.

Apart from other professional development studies, Dennis-Grant holds a BA in Sociology from Concordia University in Montreal. A consistent theme throughout his career has been in the arena of cross-cultural work and it was those interests that brought him to India 2 years ago. Having lived and worked in English and French speaking Canada, the USA, Colombia, Sri Lanka and India he has a lot of firsthand experience and insights about being effective in multi-cultural and multi-lingual contexts.



	FAYE PEARSON, CONSULTANT

Faye has performed a dual role in facilitation and marketing since joining CW Solution in May 2007. She is involved with marketing CW Solution and our programmes, as well as delivering workshops in global communication, cross-cultural awareness and negotiation skills. Faye is also accredited to debrief the Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Faye built her professional career in the corporate, public and government sectors of the UK and Europe. After three years delivering technical language communication skills to adults including NASA-linked scientists in Italy, she moved into the corporate world, designing and developing events and marketing campaigns. In the last two years, Faye has been responsible for project managing communication workshops. She acted as a consultant for the UK West Midlands Olympic 2012 Committee in conflict management.

Faye was educated in the UK and graduated with a degree in French and Fine Art from Oxford Brookes University in 2000. She is creative and practical in her approach to problem-solving and has proven success in using innovation, strategy and planning as tools for optimising team cohesion. Faye’s working knowledge of business and culture within the global environment enables her to quickly engage with participants and identify key areas for professional development.



	MEETA BAPHNA, CONSULTANT

Meeta’s core strengths are cross-cultural and global communications, business etiquette, and presentation skills. She also has an extensive teaching background and experience in business and technical writing.

Her professional experience ranges from working at a Fortune 500 company to being self-employed to teaching. During her career at Caterpillar Inc., Meeta worked in the areas of Public Relations, Finance, and Marketing Communications. More recently, she was a Lecturer with the University of Louisville, Kentucky, U.S.A. Meeta has also freelanced as a business writer for GE Consumer and Industrial and taught courses in Accounting and Business Writing.

Meeta holds a Masters’ and Bachelors’ degrees in Business Management from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, U.S.A., and graduated from both programs with honours. She grew up in the US and moved to Bangalore, India in early 2007 with her husband and three children. Meeta has a unique understanding of the Western world and Eastern ways, and enthusiastically strives to help both sides work better together.



	PRIYA KAUL, CONSULTANT

A part of the CW Solution team since 2005, Priya, brings over ten years of experience to her role in business development and as a facilitator. Her areas of expertise include communication, cross-cultural awareness, coaching and presentation skills.

Priya continues to develop new and inventive ways to apply her experience of working in health and personal growth and development in both India and the USA in her role at CW Solution, helping to make our programmes meaningful and effective.

Priya holds Master’s degrees in clinical psychology and social work. She has completed a nine month course in Transactional Analysis. Her professional memberships include Bombay Psychological Association (BPA) and National Association of Social Workers (USA). Priya is also certified to administer and debrief the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), which she likes using to give her workshops psychological depth.



	WILLIAM SCOBIE, CONSULTANT

Will is a Bangalore-based consultant who joined CW Solution in 2005. The ability to articulate concepts and engage people from all walks of life have made Will a very effective facilitator. At CW Solution he delivers workshops in assertiveness, cross-cultural awareness and global communication, business writing and presentation skills.

Originally from Ireland, he has worked in Britain, the U.S.A and Japan in a range of roles: from insurance sales to teaching English; from street theatre to playing the double bass. He has travelled extensively in Asia and gained first-hand understanding of the communication, personal development and cross-cultural challenges that businesses and their people face in the global environment.

With first class honors in English and Music from the National University of Ireland, Will always brings music to his workshops to facilitate a more holistic learning experience by connecting the mind and the emotions. He is accredited to debrief the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and is a Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst (DiSC). He enjoys using both tools to allow individuals to develop a richer understanding of themselves and others.
