Vicki Nicholson Managing Director & Senior Consultant

Vicki is the Founder and Managing Director of CWSolution. Her career started in finance and insurance, where she gained experience across a range of organizations, including Royal Insurance (UK), The Irish Stock Exchange, Lasser Marshall (New York) and Robertson Taylor (London). For the last ten years she has worked in the field of organizational development consulting and facilitation. India has been her home for over fifteen years.

With her rich depth of experience, Vicki understands and enables the critical skills required by executives, managers and employees to communicate and lead successfully in the global virtual environment. She has designed and facilitated numerous successful individual and team development initiatives for major MNCs inside and outside India.

Vicki has a BA from Trinity College, Dublin and is an Associate of the Chartered Insurers Institute. She is accredited to conduct a number of international programs including Think on Your Feet and to administer MBTI, Firo B and Belbin Team Roles.

Vimala Seshadri Senior Consultant

Vimala has a diverse background that stretches from her doctorate in pharmacy to being the Executive Director of a not for profit home for girls and her experience as a facilitator.

She began facilitating in the pharmaceutical arena conducting leadership programs, and developing teamwork in multifunctional teams. More recently Vimala conducts programs on Virtual Teamwork, Global Communication, Cross Cultural Collaboration, Presentation Skills and Team Building for a variety of clients across the IT, Pharma and Financial sectors.

Vimala combines energy and international experience with her excellent communication skills and sense of humour to empower and bring out the potential within those she works with.

She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Clinical Residency from the Jewish Hospital at Washington University in St. Louis. Passionate about helping people make a change from within, she founded a home for girls in Chennai to empower them to realize the potential within. Vimala is in process of obtaining her International Coaching Federation certification. She is accredited to debrief the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Shobita Mampilly Business Development, Consultant

Shobita is a consultant with CWSolutions, dividing her time between business development and facilitation. Her experience as an Instructional Coach and Educator in International Schools enables her to share a wealth of learning tools with the company. She has a master certification in Emotional Intelligence, which she utilizes to build Leadership Capabilities for Management Executives. She also facilitates courses in Team Effectiveness, Diversity, Communication, Stress Management, and Conflict Resolution.

Living between New York City and Bangalore, Shobita’s unique path brings both contrast and similarity between culture and communication styles. She believes in embracing the best in her immediate environment, and has developed techniques for learners to survive gracefully in this rapidly changing global market.

Shobita holds a MS degree in Science Education from Columbia University, and a MFA degree in Creative Writing from New School University, New York City. She is an Internationally Certified Trainer with General Electric, and a certified Yoga Instructor. Shobita continues to write and produce films in India and the United States.

Priya Kaul Consultant

Priya, brings over ten years of experience to her role in business development and as a facilitator. Working with people in crisis stabilization and psychotherapy helps her bring in a use of integrating awareness and understanding to help people in developing their potential. Her areas of expertise include Assertive Communication, Cross-cultural Awareness, Diversity and Inclusion, and Coaching. Priya is also certified to administer and debrief the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), which she likes using to give her workshops psychological depth. Included in her repertoire is the use of Caliper as a tool to help coach people towards their development. Being accredited with a Master Certification in Emotional Intelligence, she uses it to help her work with teams and leadership development.

Priya continues to develop new and inventive ways to apply her experience of working in health and personal growth and development in both India and the USA in her role while facilitating groups, helping to make programs meaningful and effective.

Priya holds Masters’ degrees in Clinical Psychology (Mumbai, India) and Social Work (Texas, USA). She has completed a nine-month course in Transactional Analysis. Her professional memberships include Bombay Psychological Association (BPA). In her personal time Priya enjoys reading, meeting people and traveling when she gets the time. She enjoys a good play, musical performances, and is soon becoming an Eckhart Tolle groupie.

Peter Fitzmaurice Director & Senior Consultant

In his role as a senior consultant at CWSolution, Peter functions as a specialist facilitator and mentor. Peter relates well to people at all levels and combines innovative techniques with drive and energy to teach new skills, resolve conflicts, process issues and lead teams.

Peter has researched, designed and delivered programs for numerous organizations throughout Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, India and Malaysia. He works with senior executives from a broad range of industry sectors as a coach, consultant and facilitator. He has been an accredited Think on Your Feet® coach for 14 years and is one of the few elite masters of this workshop in the Asia Pacific.

Peter has successfully completed assignments in outplacement consulting, career counselling, process facilitation, strategic planning and organizational development. He has longstanding consulting relationships with senior management teams in several organizations. Peter is accredited to conduct a range of internationally recognized programs.

Bertie Vaz Consultant

Bertie has been part of the CWSolution team for eight years. Prior to that he was faculty for the Air Force Academy and the Defence Services Staff College.

In both the Air Force and in Civil Aviation he has had many opportunities at different organisational levels to apply and understand leadership and management concepts and competencies. With this distinctive mix of experience and perspective he facilitates programs in Leadership, Teams, and Communication.

A graduate of the National Defence Academy, Bertie served the Indian Air Force as an instructor and fighter pilot before switching to helicopters and civil aviation. He spent time on deputations with the United States Air Force and the Iraqi Air Force Academy; this has given him rich international experience.

Bertie is certified to administer the MBTI®, DiSC®, and Belbin® Team Role psychometric instruments, and is an NLP Master Practitioner. He is an Internationally Certified Trainer with General Electric. As a coach he works with line-managers and is a Mentor Coach
(Level 1) from ISEC, an affiliate of the International Association of Coaching.

Dennis-Grant Thistle Consultant

Dennis-Grant’s passion for working with people is a key aspect of his role as a CWSolution consultant. His background and nine years of clinical experience in the field of professional Counselling and Psychotherapy help him assist corporate clients in a business context. Dennis-Grant is particularly adept at sharing his in-depth understanding of problem solving skills and techniques.

His professional competencies include: management training, consulting, research, program design and coordination. Dennis-Grant has worked with numerous local and international non-governmental organizations. In his native Canada he worked for five years on a joint corporate-public service sector initiative with a national scope, mandate and high public profile.

Apart from other professional development studies, Dennis-Grant holds a BA in Sociology from Concordia University in Montreal. A consistent theme throughout his career has been in the arena of cross-cultural work and it was those interests that brought him to India 5 years ago. Having lived and worked in English and French speaking Canada, the USA, Colombia, Sri Lanka and India he has a lot of firsthand experience and insights about being effective in multi-cultural and multi-lingual contexts. Familiar with DiSC, he is also accredited to debrief the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Meeta Baphna Consultant

Meeta’s core strengths are cross-cultural and global communications, business etiquette, and presentation skills. She also has an extensive teaching background and experience in business and technical writing.

Her professional experience ranges from working at a Fortune 500 company to being self-employed to teaching. During her career at Caterpillar Inc., Meeta worked in the areas of Public Relations, Finance, and Marketing Communications. More recently, she was a Lecturer with the University of Louisville, Kentucky, U.S.A. Meeta has also freelanced as a business writer for GE Consumer and Industrial and taught courses in Accounting and Business Writing.

Meeta holds a Masters’ and Bachelors’ degrees in Business Management from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, U.S.A., and graduated from both programs with honours. She grew up in the US and moved to Bangalore, India in early 2007 with her husband and three children. Meeta has a unique understanding of the Western world and Eastern ways, and enthusiastically strives to help both sides work better together.

Sujata Lulla Consultant

Sujata facilitates learning and development in the areas of cross-cultural, global communication and presentation skill, as well as team building and leadership development. She has 11 years of professional experience having held positions as Senior Training Manager and has broad experience in the people development field.

She started her career as a Manager with ITC Hotels. She has worked for many years with GE in the areas of coaching and leadership development. While at GE she was a lead facilitator for numerous Executive level leadership courses in India and abroad. She also worked extensively in the areas of knowledge transfer and migration of courses to China, Hungary and Romania. Sujata holds a Bachelors’ degree in Hotel Management from W.G.S.H.A (ITC Welcome Group Graduate School of Hotel Administration) and an MBA from Symbiosis Pune. She is accredited to debrief the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and (DiSC).

Sujata has a strong engaging style with people and is able to draw on her experiences from several industries and with groups from all levels. At CWSolution, in addition to being an asset to our consulting team she is also our representative in Hyderabad, operating out of our Hyderabad office.
